To have flexible seating options in my classroom for all children to use and benefit from throughout each day.

The benefits are easy to see! When children are comfortable, they learn more! I want all students to have opportunities for flexible seating throughout our day, whether it's getting cozy with a good book, or working in a small group with the teacher! I want children to be able to take control of their learning and find a work spot that works best for THEM, increasing their rate of active participation, motivation, and success. My classroom is diverse, filled with all types of learning styles and energy levels. There are children who have sensory and focus needs, and these chairs will help them to regulate extra energy and maintain focus. Research supports the use of flexible seating in all classroom environments! With the end goal of learning (and a LOVE for it) in mind, children choosing what makes them comfortable enough to do so is KEY.
