Goal | My goal is to get every child engaged and excited about learning! We were blessed to see the Qball in use at the environmental studies center. The kids loved it! I have never seen such enthusiasm and all children wanted to participate. I would love to see that come into the classroom where I don't have to run a mic around during whole group. |
Description | A portable, throwable microphone. The Qball is made of a light, soft, and durable foam, designed to take a beating. The microphone automatically shuts off while in flight so you don't get any unwanted thumps or bumps over the speakers. |
Benefits | With the Qball, students not only want to participate, but they actually learn more when everyone can hear what the teacher and their fellow students are saying. Many factors can affect a students ability to hear. On average, speech must be heard at 15db over ambient noise levels in the classroom. That’s more than 2X what an adult needs! Everything from air conditioning units, to classroom accoustics and layout can impact this. Not to mention those quiet talkers... |
