| Goal | The goal of the Giving Garden project is to further our on-going initiatives. The garden needs to continually be maintained through upgrading the irrigation and purchasing soil, seeds, and plants. |
| Description | The purpose of the Giving Garden project is to support the growth and long term goals of our Giving Garden Club. Students, families, volunteers, and community members work together and have been for the past three years on building and maintaining our garden. The Giving Garden Club is a student led initiative to not only grow herbs, fruits, and vegetables in the middle of our campus, but to also donate fresh produce to a local charity for those in. |
| Benefits | The benefits of the Giving Garden project is to provide an opportunity for children, community members, families, and school staff to work and learn collaboratively in order to grow, maintain, and continually build our community garden at Palm City Elementary. |
