Subject | Art - Visual and Performing Arts |
Goal | My goal is to obtain more art supplies for individual students in the classroom and for virtual students at home. |
Description | This school year has been challenging with no sharing of supplies in art class due to CDC protocals. Virtual students also seldomly have the materials needed to participate with the in person students, therefore having to modify the project for them. Having more supplies for each individual student and being able to send supplies home will open the door for more productive lessons. |
Benefits | Not being able to share art supplies this year has been a stuggle with projects that use materials other than drawing or coloring. Having more supplies will allow each student to have their own materials for art class. Individual watercolor trays, oil pastels, sculpting materials and other mediums will open up new possibilities for projects beyond drawing and coloring. I will also be able to have virtual students participate fully in the lessons and not feel like they're missing out. |
