Goal

Our goal is to take our AVID students on college visits.
Description

AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) is a support system that helps students succeed AFTER high school. Many students in this program are looking to be first generation college students. We want to support them in their post high school lives by taking them on their (for many) first college visit.
Benefits

To have students who likely won't otherwise experience it, experience being on a college campus. Giving them the opportunity to tour the campus and see, and hear all that it offers.
