All attendees must be pre-registered in order to attend the event.   Attendees are only eligible to attend one event per school year.  Each event is limited to a maximum of 200 attendees in total (caregivers and children), so please be sure to register early. 

 

Registration will be closed seven days prior to the event or as soon as we hit our 200 attendee limit for each event - whichever occurs first.

Please complete the top portion of this form and then using the drop down, please select the total number of attendees in your party.  When you do, an attendee form will open for each.  A name and role will need to be entered for each attendee in your party.

 

Only one adult per family needs to complete the top portion with contact information.
