| Goal | Our goal is to introduce students to the magic of the theater in a live performance of the Nutcracker Ballet at the Lyric Theatre. The students will learn theater etiquette and following a story without words set to music. |
| Description | A generous donation of theater tickets has led us in search of funds for buses to accommodate 10 second grade classes. All funds received in this grant fully fund the transportation for this exciting first opportunity to introduce children to the magical world of theater. |
| Benefits | The benefits include: expanding students knowledge base of art, theater and music, performance etiquette, while building comprehension skills through the arts. These students have never had the opportunity to attend a theater performance. |
