The Education Foundation of Martin County's "Share-a-Smile" program is aimed at increasing staff camaraderie, positive reinforcement, shared appreciation, and building a happy workplace.

Smile!

Teachers and staff leave affirmations on a logo-branded whiteboard in an effort to bring a smile to a colleague's face. 

Smile Some More!

School staff are also engaging with each other using social media and winning prizes and classroom giveaways.

Each treat is accompanied by a small logo-branded “Share-a-Smile" card with a kind note.

What a Difference a Smile Makes!
