| Description | Students will read the Sunshine State Books which will expose them to a variety of genres and topics. Lunch Bunches will be scheduled throughout the year where students who have read a designated Sunshine State Book will come into the classroom to discuss the book with peers. They will also participate in fun activities related to the book.Having multiple copies of the titles available in the classroom will increase students' opportunities to read these dynamic books. |
| Benefits | Students will read quality literature, increasing their knowledge of genres and topics. Quality book discussions will enable students to expand their thinking and understanding of others. |
