Goal

Students will be able to learn about another culture's artwork and create their own version of foil embossing.
Description

Creating artwork using foil embossing technique. Materials used are embossing sticks and heavier gauged aluminum foil.
Benefits

Students will learn about the technique of foil embossing with historical and cultural examples. They will create their own version of foil embossed work as a product of learning the process of foil embossing and the history behind it. This art project introduces students to learning about history and metalworking.(jewelry too)
