| Description | ProStart is a high school culinary and restaurant management competition that prepares students for careers in the foodservice industry. Each year, Florida’s top ProStart students compete in a state-level event, showcasing their skills in creating a three-course meal and developing a restaurant concept. Winners advance to the National ProStart Invitational, where they can earn scholarships and industry recognition. This competition gives students hands-on experience, networking opportunities, and a pathway to future culinary careers. We would love your help to become number 1 again and take home the trophy! We leave for competition on February 19th. |
