Our PBIS Student Store helps reinforce positive behavior by allowing students to redeem earned token economy tickets for small prizes, school supplies, and motivational items. Through this project, we hope to stock our store with items so that we can continue recognizing students who consistently demonstrate our SWIM expectations. These rewards provide meaningful encouragement, increase student engagement, and help create a positive school culture where good choices and hard work are celebrated.

The PBIS Student Store is more than just a place where students redeem tickets—it is a powerful tool for building a positive school culture. By providing meaningful incentives, we encourage students to consistently demonstrate our SWIM expectations, make responsible choices, and take pride in their accomplishments. Students learn that positive behavior, hard work, and perseverance are recognized and valued.

For our staff, the Student Store supports schoolwide behavior expectations by giving teachers and staff members a consistent, positive way to reinforce desired behaviors. This helps create a more focused learning environment, increases student engagement, and allows educators to spend more time teaching and less time addressing behavior concerns.
