Students will understand the complexities of archeology including its challenges and need for precision.

Description

Students will work to excavate chocolate chips from a cookie and chart their findings on a grid. They will then write a reflection about their experience.

Benefits

Students are offered hands on experience of challenges that an archeologist might face. They are able to appreciate the career and the impact it has had on our understanding of ancient civilizations.
