Goal

This year I am starting an independent reading program, so I am hoping to acquire funds to add to my classroom library.
Description

I would like to purchase high-interest reads across genres to allow kids choice in their reading.
Benefits

Ideally, high school students will foster a love of reading which will increase their literacy (and test scores) across the board through repetition and exposure to texts. Reading for pleasure is so beneficial! I hope to create life-long readers.
