| Goal | The goal of this funding request is to provide students with the opportunity to participate in the school Spelling Bee and advance to the next level of competition. Funding will help cover the required registration fee as well as matching shirts for participating students so they can represent our school as a team. |
| Description | Students will participate in our school Spelling Bee, where they will demonstrate their spelling, vocabulary, language, and public-speaking skills. Funding will be used to pay the official Spelling Bee registration fee and purchase shirts for students who represent our school in the competition. The shirts will help create a sense of unity and school pride while allowing students to represent our school professionally at competitions and related events. |
| Benefits | Participating in the Spelling Bee encourages students to strengthen their vocabulary, spelling, reading comprehension, and communication skills. Preparing for competition also develops confidence, perseverance, study habits, and the ability to perform under pressure. Students have the opportunity to represent their school, celebrate academic achievement, and participate in a positive competition that recognizes learning and hard work.
